  Beware of Sally, a rude Manager, who has no place in customer service! Obviously her job status has gotten to her head, thinking she can treat people the way she does. Yelled at me for not paying attention, which I kindly apologized for, then had the audacity to tell me in a rude condescending tone "Next time pay attention". I work in customer service and know how rude a customer can be, this was NOT that situation! I later approached her and politely asked her name and status, in stead of a simple apology she proudly exclaims "Sally...Im the Manager" then goes on a boisterous rant in front of customers in the dining room, I was thoroughly embarrassed and instead of making a scene just walked out. Contacted Corporate, doubt there local franchisee did anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

  Same food as other McDonald's restaurants, which is good ; the staff is very friendly and always trying to help, the restaurant itself is very old and outdated.

  I went through the drive thru and parked in the parking lot. Now in Sitka Alaska you will be joined in a McDonalds parking lot by the seagulls. In Seattle Washington you will be joined by the crows and a few Ravens.
  At this McDonalds, I was joined by the chickens! Yep, you heard me right. Chickens were fight for my mcnuggets and fries...
  I laughed so hard, I have had a dog, a monkey, even an emu beg for my lunch but never had I ever had a chicken beg for my meal...

  Don't eat McDonald's go find somewhere local to eat. Help out the local economy and your health. There's so many better things around here to eat at McDonald's.
